EDISTO HOME WATCH means
Rates you can live with!

Our basic home watch rates start at $15/visit, $60/month. If you do not desire
our interior inspection services the price for exterior only visits is $10/visit, $50/month.
Additional services are priced by time, materials, and the distance
we have to travel to provide them.

Most contracts are paid on a 6 or 12 month basis. This allows us to minimize
paperwork - both billing and accounting - and keep our prices low. We will
customize services and payment plans and will provide
services on a one time basis at slightly higher prices.

Caring for pets when you are out of town is based upon the number of pets,
the distance we have to travel, how many times a day they require care, and
whether we enjoy playing with them. The more loveable the animal the better the rate.

Bud does cut some small lawns and helps with occasional clean ups. These jobs depend
upon the size of the job and time its likely to take. We will supervise repairs and installations
and contact vendors to get you quotes. We maintain a list of qualified subcontractors
but do not guarantee other's work.

We have two trailers and will take golf carts to Charleston for repairs or bring loads
of mulch, straw, compost or other necessities from Charleston. We will meet deliveries
for you but do not carry large items up multiple flights of stairs.

All bills are due and payable 30 days from receipt and a monthly 1.5% will
be added to unpaid balances. We are a small company and can not
allow bills to fall into delinquency.
