Home Watch Services

Interior and exterior visual assessment of your property to identify and/or mitigate damage related to vandalism, water leaks, appliance malfunctions, bug/rodent infestations among other possible issues.
 

You can choose to have Home Watches conducted on your property weekly or bi-weekly. To assist in your peace of mind, a personalized report complete with photos will be provided after every home visit.
 

We will also assist in the coordination of vendors or licensed contractors if repairs or work is required.

Key Holder Services

For added peace of mind Edisto Home Watch, upon your request, provides vendors, contractors, delivery companies and others with access to your property. Based on your needs, Edisto Home Watch can stay on your property until the vendor, contractor, delivery company, etc. are finished; or we
can simply return to secure your property after they leave.

Additionally, Edisto Home Watch is available to serve as your key holder for burglar alarm activations. While Edisto Home Watch is not a security service, we can be listed as an authorized key holder with your alarm company and respond if requested by the alarm company or emergency responders.

Storm Assessments

Don’t worry about the unknown after a major storm or power outage. Edisto Home Watch offers immediate (when safe to do so) storm assessments after major storms or power outages. We provide timely assessment reports and if required, assist in the coordination of any required work or repairs.

A la Carte Services

In addition to our core Home Watch services, we also offer a variety of services that helps ensure your property remains a place of comfort and enjoyment.

Some of these services include:
- Monthly appliance assessments that ensure all your appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, clothes washer, clothes drier, etc.) are in working order.
- Quarterly HVAC filter changes.
- Irrigation system monitoring and seasonal set-up.
- Light bulb replacement.
- Quarterly smoke detector testing and annual smoke detector battery changes.
- Mail/Package retrieval or forwarding.
- Vendor/Contractor Coordination
- Other Customized Services
